We have been serving beautiful food all over the world for more than 50 years. We start with favorite recipes and the freshest ingredients and now prepare and serve over 2 million meals every day in restaurants and at home.

This heritage is rooted in the story of our founders parents Michelina and Ettore Paulucci. They emigrated from Bellisio Solfare in the Marche region of Italy in 1912 and settled in the mining country of northern Minnesota. Here they raised their children, including our founder, Jeno Paulucci. From their home they fed miners hearty, home-cooked meals. The miners came from many countries and cultures and their favorite recipes were put into the “melting pot” of a creative kitchen which is reflected in our multi-dimensional perspective on beautiful food.

Our name “Bellisio” in Italian translates to “beautiful” in English. We have that name because it calls out our heritage as well as our vision of what food and eating should be about.

Today our brands are found in restaurants and retailers worldwide. You will find us in Albertsons, Food Lion, Kroger, Supervalu, and Wal-Mart among many others. If you eat at many of the national chain restaurants, youll enjoy our food as well. We have grown because of a simple, exact focus on quality and convenience for consumers and service and innovation for our partners.
